I love living Downtown. Convenient living 🙏🏻 Right now during COVID it’s dead down here though, No activity. It’s quiet! I am working remotely till probably February of 2021 because of the pandemic. Crazy, I know! We shall see next year how it goes.

Last year, coming back from Las Vegas, I missed my turnoff and ended up on Central Ave at rush-hour on a Friday...It was hell....

Viewers should keep in mind this was probably filmed on a weekend, in 110+ degree temps and during the Covid restrictions. I have never seen it this empty of cars and people.

You should see Times Square in New York it's pretty dead as well. As a matter of fact most metropolitan Cities look as empty as Phoenix.

I live downtown Phoenix and love it. My new favorite place is Kettle Black. Check it out as there aren't many restaurants open at this time.

Be warned when you move here you have to register as a Felon. If, you don't have a Felony, they'll give you one. The prison system here is FOR PROFIT! It's like we look forward to all new comers.

Don't expect no traffic here in Phoenix. You will see a real hot mess. Traffic will be typical of any city this size, but the temps will be much higher here.

So clean! People talk about DTPHX like it’s a 3rd world county. Looks great to me! Guessing rona, no events and the heat are keeping people from the side walks and streets. Would love to move from LA to here.. maybe Roosevelt Row, Garfield , Willo or Coronado...

Well it's not as densely populated as L.A. and Downtown Phoenix is experiencing a Renaissance.

I didn't know they were putting up a highrise on Filmore. I see they are building one West of 1st Avenue and Van Buren. Next year they are to begin construction on a mixed use complex at the Central Phoenix Transit Station. The Downtown skyline is starting to take off.

There are so many cranes up it’s crazy! The area will look so different in the next couple of years. We are also getting a new tallest building known as the Astra.

The city looks boring. It seems like if it's a sporting event or concert it might be some action. I didn't see many restaurants outside of chain food.
