The Van Buren opens in Downtown Phoenix

This venue is perfect! I've been to multiple shows at this venue. It has a nice outdoor patio with food and drinks, a huge main bar, cool chandeliers, etc. It is the perfect size and it is awesome. I always find a side street to park for free. I've seen the Drive-By Truckers, Whitey Morgan & The 78's, and Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit here. This is my favorite venue in Phoenix. It is a great place to see a band.

For years it did not sit as a warehouse, it was an Auto Body shop where custom hot rod were restored. a place to go and view classic cars. I was sad to see the car shop close down. But I do like The Vanburen, one of my favorite venues at down town.

When purchasing tickets I’m noticing that there’s various price ranges but it looks like it’s just one large general admission floor. If that’s the case why pay for the more expensive ticket?
