My Mom and I lived at the Astor Hotel on 4th and E St back in the mid 1950's. It was great! I left San Diego in 1973 to join the Air Force. It is still one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Thanks for posting the video. (Apr 4, 2019)

@Justin Peterson - I do not believe California has a reciprocity agreement with any other state. The BRE is the governing authority here, so you may want to check with them prior since rules change often. Likely you will need to take coursework and pass the local California exam. Which would be the most happening location for me If I had to buy a land for building my own house in SD? I prefer a neighbourhood that is very close to city, with happening people and neighbours around.. I wish to build atleast 4 levels with my own underground garage, so we are looking anywhere around 10,000 sqft.
