The condo was so small and expensive! I love how the last one has a patio/green house but it looks like you need to fix it a lot with paint and the squeaky noise is a no no 🤨 Damn Toronto market is crazy. Would love to see an update on which place you guys chose 🙂

That first apartment's fridge is not going to suit 3 people living there. But this is how condos are these days. My neighbour is a family of 3 and has the same mini fridge as me living alone in a 1 bedroom.

I just finished looking at condos online and all the condos that are right by Gardiner Expressway are actually ugly inside!!! The short condos are actually the most luxurious, even found one that had a elevator in the unit!!!

Price is definitely crazy. That’s like double, maybe even triple a mortgage price where I live. My moms mortgage on a 5 bed, 3 bath home is 900$. & it’s gigantic, newly built. The prices there are very crazy to me. But the economy is different everywhere.

if i were you i would go with the first one. yes it is smaller but you are living in one of the best cities in the world for not a lot after you split rent and the unit is a modern apartment. with the second one you have renovate it to look better and thats a lot of work when you have work
