I miss it. I used to walk this route (more or less) daily from 2008-2016 before and after work. Our office moved after that, but I still did walk it maybe once every other week up until when the lockdown in March 2020. I think I saw a drone video at the beginnng of the pandemic where the streets were totally empty. Nice to see some life to it again. Thanks for the video.

Interesting poster - "I Sweat For Belonging", I think a lot of people in Toronto can relate to that...I would say full reopening will happen by the end of 2022-beginning 2023..The network at work keeping people calm...Well done Johnny! That building to the right of the scaffolding on Alexander used to be the city Morgue. They operate on a 24/7 schedule. A friend who worked there once gave me a tour of it. I think. It was supposed to be redeveloped as affordable housing and was under construction, but I am not sure if it's finished.

I became more fascinated when I read an article where it was featured as one of the best cities to visit without an itinerary. What would your opinion be on that. What would your suggestions be for visiting Toronto for a visit time visitor. I would seriously consider visiting Toronto over new York London or Paris because those cities are just too overwhelming.

The LCBO doesn't put liquor in their front windows on display so it can be seen from the outside, idk which LCBO's you've been to where that happens. The gov't considers cannabis stores so dangerous that they are giving thousands of licenses for new shops yearly, get used to the change mate. Also, fuck Starbucks, you chose to defend one of the worst corporations, they can buck on out of Canada for all I care, I don't like their coffee and I don't want to go inside to sit and chill for hours with a cup of coffee cause I wanna feel less lonely being surrounded by like minded coffee connoisseurs who have equally bad taste in coffee and in the concept of socializing.

@P. Independent coffee shops can always take the place of a Starbucks (and I don't know why you hate cannibis shops so much for anyway.)
