Is there any sources to get country wise numbers if that 70,000 DP-600 pasing numbers?

It's 17.000, not 70.000:)...I'm sure Microsoft has this info, but the only publicly shared info was the summarized one about 17k...

I’m currently preparing to do the DP-203 exam. Is the DP-203 exam now redundant?

No, it's still here and will be for sure alive at least until the DP-700 goes out of beta, which probably won't happen before the end of this year (or maybe even later). Hope this helps

How many question has a beta exam?
