Looks someone forgot to change the 35mm Scope Lens over for 70mm 😁.

Hello Ben. Good to hear from you. Good point and well spotted. However, you will be pleased to know that Proj 1 and Proj 3 were being used the normal show. Proj 2 was used for the video shoot. Take Care and thank you for your comment.

Hum. Appears to have been shot in (possibly interlaced) video, then a repetitive 'dirt' loop overlaid on it during post to make it look like a modern person's idea of what film looks like. But of course, film scratches don't look like that, and even extreme dirt problems like this would be, are random rather than looping.

Hum @Iwilton, Thank you for your comment. You don't video-shoot anything in "Interlace" as you put it. That used to happen in the early days of home video. One had to de-interlace within the edit. These days that does not happen with modern software. The master VHS tape was already interlaced. You mentioned scratches overlaid onto the video. I'm not sure what you are referring to, as there are no scratches on the video. You also mentioned the dirt on the video. Well spotted with that, as it was so intended. There were 2 mis-edits as well, of which I am very disappointed that you missed them. I had forgotten I had this piece of footage, but whilst looking for some other content, I came across it. The Master audio was unusable. I started to edit with the intention of "let's see where we go with this". I converted the colour to Black and White, and added a few more filters to get the right look. It was then that I decided to make a silent movie. I don't think you understood that, and therefore missed the entire joke, especially at the end of the video when we hear the sound of the projector starting to run (mimicking "The Artist"). The projector is a Philips DP-70 35mm/70mm projector. There are very few of these projectors left in the world. It was so good to see the projector being broken down from 35mm and made up for 70mm film projection. This projector actually won an Oscar! Finally, it amazes me that people who have a KZbin channel (14 years in your case) that don't create content themselves (with only 8 subscribers), feel they have the right to criticise other people's work. The opening logo says, "Memories of Cinema" and that is what the channel is all about. Sometimes I work with some very rough footage, but that is the way it is. Sadly most of the 500+ videos I have made on cinemas, most of them are now closed. It's just so nice that these cinemas have been preserved on video.
