I am going to write a 90 page dissertation on how DPR IAN's MVs are the best piece of artistic storytelling media to grace our screens in the modern era. This man released this content in a way that it became a piece of the story telling. He has presented this to us the way that an artist lovingly presents their gallery after painstakingly preparing it to guide the viewer that they can see the full scope vision. And not only that, but there are so many intricate pieces to these MVs and how the story weaves together. You can see how much of himself he pours onto the screen for us, and the way Christian presents these characters and mental pieces of himself is SO deeply intimate. I know that music IS art, but this is A R T, and I'm never going to stop screaming about this until the end of time.

I am just like Christian when it comes to his upbringing with metal music. I’ve gone through so many phases of music like I’m sure many others have. But myself specifically pursued these same exact musical avenues. I started off as a metal loving guitarist to an electronic music produced and swore I would fuse the two. A lot of artists have done this same exact thing in their own ways but DPR IAN’s idea of genre warping is absolutely fantastical! In an interview with Christian the interviewer asked “what genre would you consider this album” and Christian says “everything”. This song right here is the epitome of genre bending and not giving a fuck about what anyone thinks. Some people would listen to this and absolutely hate it because it’s so chaotic but I can hear, see appreciate the complexity and purpose of it all. DPR FOR LIFE
