The sad thing is that using giant bladed chains is how TeriTeri is supposed to fight according to the ingame description from the story and not by throwing around a cross. But TeriTeri is sadly a relic of Honkai's early stupid years when every attack animation was lame instead of awesome.

Currently Fischl is the strongest out of the three, I think. It still depends on what do u need, tho. Bronie is an Ice support, Starlit Astrologos is a Physical Support, and Fischl is a Lightning Support+ Sub-DPS.

Bleeding on Q-Singularis cannot be stopped. There is one Trap in Dirac Sea that allows to disable bleeding for 10 seconds, but that's it. You cannot really do much about it.
