i have made videos on control of grid connected inverter, where the controller used was in the alpha beta frame. here i am explaining another control method, where the controller implemented in the DQ frame. i have demonstrated its MATLAB simulation also. feel free to post doubts in the comment section.

Hi, thanks for amazing tutorial. I wonder about the plotting of output of PLL block. I fabricated the same model. The d axis voltage is negative. Further the PLL output is not a sawtooth wave but it keeps on increasing negatively. Please help in this regard.

Great video ! What MATHLAB options I need for Power Electronic Simulation generally including Inverters .Is it MATHLAB And SIMULINK only or are there additional toolboxes needed as well ?

thank you for the amazing video! but can you please explain why i'm getting a reference sine wave of 0.5 amplitude instead of 1 (unity) as i'm uing a multilevel inverter and level shifted pwm so some carriers signals are not taken into consideration as the reference sine wave is 0.5...thank you!

Thank you very much for your videos. I have a question, could we use the PR controller instead of the PI ones, any idea how to do that? I mean to control both Id and Iq, as the same strategy you explained here? Do we need the decoupling terms under this case? Best regards.

PR controller is only used for time domain control signals. In the dq frame a PI controller is the same as a PR controller in continuous domain. You can google the proof

This simulation has a problem with output current. I verified a couple of times. still unable to solve it.

Can we use the 3 phase front converter dc voltage output (one of u r videos circuit) as the input for this circuit and use this as a bus system.

Hello sir. Thanks for the video but iam getting block error when I simulate. It is showing that "the simulink cannot solve the algebraic loop containing dq0 to alpha-beta zero subsystem. The system equations do not have a solution; or the nonlinear equation solver failed to converge due to numerical issues". Sir please help me resolve this issue

yes. uisng grid current might generate unstable operating conditions

Magnitude of input signal becomes half when it passes through a low pass filter twice. To get back the original amplitude we need to multiply it with 2. If you watch mu single phase pll video, you will understand better
