111k on dq200 - did an oil swap on the transmission when i got it - as a precaution measure. So far no problems with the dsg. My mechanic told me, as in an other post, mostly the mechatronic goes bad. But there shall be a kit, which reduces the repair cost largely in comparison to "stealers costs"

I'm 116k on de DQ200 (1.5 TFSI) now. Just discovered an oil change is recommended as precaution measure while my official Audi stealership told me last week it doesn't need to be serviced at all because it's a dry clutch.... I'm going to swap the oil on the transmission coming week. I'm not experiencing any problems with the DSG either fortunately. I'm curious about the kit you mentioned, what is it exactly called if you do know?

@@DMB_D1Mostly the pressure in the aktuator is the problem. Resulting from bad gaskets, cracks etc

You mean after oil change of the DSG? It's best to perform basic settings reset / calibration via Odis or VCDS.

@@jurischadt4781 DQ200 gearbox has common problems unfortunately.. It is most used DSG gearbox so thats why everyone says it is problematic. The main problem is original tube loosening on time being inside the mechatronic part which causes pressure loss in the tube and it makes hammering clutch... Most private dealer recommends to change it to advanced one .. I am considering to change it too.. Anyway i have got 126k km with this gearbox without any issue so far with my Seat Leon. But I am not confident :(.

Er is geen officiële manier om de DSG-olie van een droge koppeling te vervangen, maar het is mogelijk op deze manier
