This is odd. I listen to Dr. Mohler often on his daily show but have been told he supported Nate Collins' LGBT activities and the employment of professors and administrators associated with critical race theory. This is very puzzling to me. I like The Briefing and it seems like he opposes wokeness as much as I do but seems to accept the racial claims surrounding it. Plus I have heard he called Russell Fuller an idiot. I would appreciate clarification.

I don’t listen to his shows, but the little I’m aware of him, he seems to be able to shift his language to fit his listeners. I did read one of his written responses to CRT about 3 years ago. He was saying all the right things until the very end, where he flipped everything and seemed to acquiesce to its claims. (Sorry, can’t recall the title.) I don’t trust Mohler, but I’m willing to give a listen here…

@@megofiachra3247 Yeah..he's very knowledgeable and valuable on most topics but he did not get rid of the professors that promote CRT and allegedly fired professors who resisted it. Yet, at the same time, he gave a heads-up to Tom Ascol concerning the infamous Resolution 9 shortly before the annual meeting. He is a puzzling character and I have not heard him explain himself on these matters, although he knows others are concerned about it. Then there's also the issue with Nate Collins and Revoice that the seminary did not deal with very well. In fact, ERLC quoted him as an authority figure in a SBC publication on gender for children. All very disturbing. He should simply explain himself clearly on all those matters but as far as I know, he has not. I suspect he believes critical race theory, but does not believe critical theory as a complete woldview, but I am only guessing. Ultimately, I think the vast majority who accept CRT will ultimately accept critical theory including the intersectionality aspect that includes unbiblical sexual practices and the separation of sex and gender.

​@@megofiachra3247 I was exposed to the ridiculous Athanasian Creed from the year I was born. I am more aligned with Arius and Arianism. I have not listened to the whole video but I don't think he will give his reason for siding with Athanasius.

@@jakebredthauer5100 Interesting that you call the Athanasian Creed "ridiculous." The Athanasian Creed is orthodox teaching in Christianity, whereas Arianism is heretical to creedal Christian teaching. I think the burden of proof is actually on Arianism and those who hold that particular view to defend and assert why it should be the norm, so to speak.
