I finished a court of thorns and roses series…5 books in one month. I knew I was in trouble when I read the last page. Yes they were very spicy chapters. I became depressed and anxious immediately. Where was I going to get my dopamine fix? Read more? No, I’m going to do the dopamine fast. I didn’t realize that some romance novel would be my undoing. I would have a hard time believing this if it wasn’t me. It’s no joke….

Just FYI-Anna Lembke is a member of PROP (physicians for responsible opioid prescribing- who should be called physicians REFUSING to prescribe opioids except SUBOXONE- the group that petitioned FDA to create a one size fits all pain medication prescription amount-despite your weight, gender, etc. When FDA reasonably refused, in 2016 they convinced the CDC to institute these limits, which some states legislated-in the name of preventing overdoses, which are currently skyrocketing. It was all a money grab to push high $$ Suboxone over generic pain meds-never about saving lives, which they’ve now clearly proven.) Lembke is now making millions testifying as an “expert” against opioid manufacturers & distributors despite having no background in treating pain. Why is this important to this video? Because her fixation is on ADDICTION. Similar to if you only have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Anna Lembke can no longer see a balance in ANYTHING. She can’t understand reading for pleasure, exercising for pleasure, music for pleasure. In order to continue her mission of capitalizing addiction, she needs to strip the pleasure out of everything; convincing you that you have a “problem” that she and others like her can “fix”- for a price, of course. Life is a balance- yin & yang- pleasure & pain. If something in your life has such a negative impact that you are losing family, friends, jobs, etc- maybe take a look at it then. But the release of DOPAMINE is a natural byproduct of enjoying life- AS YOU SHOULD- it is not a crime to be avoided and prosecuted. This woman and her group are systematically killing innocent people who have the nerve to want to go through life with less pain from medical conditions they did not ask for. Anna Lembke & PROP are the type of people that would have burned witches- for money- then charged you to be allowed to watch them burn. So PLEASE- do yourself a favor- don’t listen to any more of her BS and ENJOY FULLY the things in life that give you pleasure (that is what they are there for) without FEAR of ADDICTION- which less than 10% of people actually have. Help shut off her money stream built on harming/killing people and her mission to strip all the pleasure out of life. Because Anna herself seems to be part of that 10% (porn addiction, anyone? No-let’s call it “vampire romances” 😂😂😂) she’s no longer qualified to objectively quantify addiction in others. At least in my opinion….
