Word sound vibration is real. I’ve lost 100 pounds in 3 years or less, I haven’t completed my full journey because I still eat animal when it’s offered for the sake it was a gift or already dead therefore wasteful. People say “I thought you were vegan “ sometimes I stumble over my words because there is no word for transitioning. As for the animal, otherwise I’d not eat it. I have tackled that addiction and it’s been freeing. From eating meat everyday to eating it once every other week has been a game changer to my body. Eating less has been difficult but worth it. I say if you’re on this journey - keep going ❤I live in a concrete jungle but I will conquer this health disparity! Protecting my 30s. So I can breathe in my 40s.

I’m sitting here eating some apple pie and some butter pecan ice cream and I only made it 43 seconds into the video before I almost dead when he started mentioning cow pus in abortions from eggs lol😂😂 I am a pescatarian who gave up dairy as far as milk cheese butter and eggs and animal products outside of fish I have a kosher diet so I don’t really eat shrimp lobsters and crabs oysters clams or any type of selfish about two months ago I decided was not decided started eating cheese on certain things instead of my vegan plant-based cheeses I started incorporating milk base ice cream and for him to say these things 40 seconds into the video I almost gag I respect this man so much and he’s not lying but I’m going to have to watch this after I get done eating this Dutch apple pie and butter pecan ice cream may be later on tonight at work I’m going to like this video so I can have it as easy easy Rachel pulling up😂😂😂 I certainly can’t watch it right now😩 and be able to eat my food

I live in a city. This has nothing to do with whether or not to eat animal products. And in many cases, poverty or lack of access actually may mean you don't have access to those things. Up until recently, when someone figured out how to make more money from it, beans/legumes/pulses and rice/grains were pretty much the food of poverty around the world. In any event, if for whatever reason or circumstances one only has access to animal products, I have yet to see anyone that identifies as vegan or vegetarian along the lines of this brother who would advocate you dying and starving.

I get so exhausted when I hear people talking about vegetarian life stlyes as if everybody can afford to live the same way. I say that we all did not began kindergarten at the same time. Therefore, everyone must evolve to a levell that matches their environment and their pocketbook. I am striving to reach a level that the Universal Spirit will understand. I do not look to mankind to approve of my illumination. Everyone has to live and eat according to their capabilities. I'm happy for those who have reached a certain level it, others level in within their ability. I live in the ghetto in the American South on a shoestring budget and do the best I can. The "Universal Spirit" will continue to guide and protect my body until I'm blessed to graduate to the next level! PEACE OUT to all that are seeking to elevate themselves.
