Do the 5:2 intermittent fasting Eat 5 days normally in a week and have 2 days where u only have one meal for the whole day which doesn't exceed 500-600 calories

Eat after Sunrise and finish your last meal before sunset. so already you are getting 14 hours break. And also do a 3 day water fasting every fortnight(twice a month). Hit like when you get the best results.

@@Lachu-zt3ftObviously. there are people who take 40 days water fasting. It's allowed in science to have a no food and no water fasting is maximum for three days. Water fasting intervals are 3, 7, 14, 21 and 40 days.

Yes a fasting ritual with no sense as people fast during the time when the sun is up when the food digestion is at it's peak but no we eat after sun goes down and fuck our digestion and relate it with intermittent fasting which is totally opposite 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No it’s not the fat that cause insulin resistance, diabetes and those problems you mentioned. It’s actually the intake of sugar/carbs and fasting downgrade them.

Well am going 14-15hrs fasting ryt now from 2days I really feel hunger at midnight but I controlled My self I feel little lighter my main aim is to reduce tummy my frd had achieved this so I just wanna try this.... And I will. Have protein rich food in that remaining 8hrs...

Мне 22 года. мэм, я соблюдаю периодическое голодание последние 8 месяцев. при этом я ем здоровый завтрак, включающий все необходимые микроэлементы, в 7 часов, а затем в 12 часов ем плотный здоровый обед. таким образом я ем только два раза. после 12 часов ничего не ем, только воду пью. Я делаю это каждый день. У меня нет цели похудеть. Я делаю это, потому что это экономит мое время ❓❓❓стоит ли мне продолжать эту диету? есть ли побочные эффекты? что мне делать по вашему ответьте пожалуйста......

So when does body start eating out muscle? I heard that way too much muscle is lost during the fasting state, i can do 1day fast easily and thinking of extending it to 48hr or bit more and does cardio like walk on both days in morning and evening could i lose a lot of muscle that i just build in 5 days? Muscle build is a hard process is it same for muscle loss too? Please reply doctor

From my experience, i keep up the strength training(lifting heavy) to preserve as much muscle mass as possible (and strength) and keep the protein intake. When dieting/cutting you will alwats lose muscle mass, which is why you try to put on as much muscle mass when bulking. :)

Ramzan is total stupidity in the name of fasting. Fasting should be done regularly once or twice weekly. Not everyday on only one month in a year 😂. How is that effective if u only do it one month ? During fasting u should drink water and not be dehydrated. Not like ur ramzan.

Guys dont do INTERMITTENT fasting everyday. Go for salt water fasting for whole day just once a week or once fortnight. It can be so wrong. Your body wont be able to cope after doing fasting. Once a week or fortnight is ok

yes. You must eat healthy, Do exercise, eat vegetables and chicken and salmon. Maybe if you have acces to you can try restricted diet. But this should be enough
