Okay but I could have listened to like 4 more hours of this to be honest. Dr. Becky? Brilliant and also funny.

Amaxing interview. Joes speaks for all of us in the 'academically disinclined' community and Becky is a great communicate. Great ending too!

I have one huge problem with scientists saying the speed of light is a limit. First they thought the speed of sound was a limit, until they broke it. Second how do they prove categorically its impossibility when we are incapable of detecting or perceiving anything faster than the speed of light? In effect were being told I can't see it so it doesn't exist. I believe it's a matter of perspective and our limitations rather than universal limitations. If communication or travel beyond galaxies is ever going to be possible they have to be wrong. I still have no idea why they're so certain they're right when it's impossible to prove it. Because to prove it you need to disprove it... To gain perspective and capability to detect above the speed of light to prove it isn't possible... Proving it possible...

“I thought BT did my WiFi” “I thought it was just someone shouting loud enough that I could hear in my radio” It’s one thing to be genuinely ignorant, but to pretend to be this stupid for content is ridiculous. Just have a normal conversation with the person good enough to sit there with you.

I’d love to listen to dr Becky but these 2 interviewers are so dumb, it’s hard to get through it.
