I tried to do the 14-day detox cleanse, but on the 5th day, I began to vomit everything I drank or ate. This went on for the next three days, so I had to throw in the towel. This is day 13th, and my energy has yet to be regained. I think I lost too much fluid in such a short time. Blessing to you on your journey.

I could not complete this tea in consistent bases. I will have to do a video with my boyfriend, because we have much to say about this detox.

Yes, I will cleanse today. Cascara Sagrada tastes like rattlesnakes. I 👍, but the number still says zero.
