COBT provides a consistent 10% dmg buff to m1's with basically no downside unless you air-swing a lot. Stone katana is mainly good because the timing to parry katana crit can change if your opponent is further away from you, forcing your block and probably block breaking you.

wait im just really bad with numbers i didnt realize that 1.1% more damage is 10% more what the hell and the katana thing thank you, it certainly obliterates me so much especially when they play agressively
