Great sarde, thanks heaps. I like how Dr Chawki used examples from other countries so that we can look at things objectively. Just wanted to add that we don't only hold the luggage and trauma of what happened since 1975, but of plenty of what happened before. Each group had some sort of a "big sister" helping sometimes but still Lebanese people have been through a lot. Our ancestors went through a lot of hardship just so that we can have a Lebanon. May God protect this country

Dr Azouri gave us psychology courses at the Lebanese University. When he gave lectures it was always a full house . This episode brought back some much memories, he used to make us laugh, think and question ourselves and everything around us. After more than 12 years I still remember a lot of what he taught us, it was memorable. I hope he knows that we appreciate what he gave us, a whole generation of doctors owe so much to him.

It is great to watch a journalist interviewing her father. It is an interesting and informative interview filled with great humbled atmosphere. We used to watch an American professional had a show "How to Humor Your Stress, by Loretta Laroche!" Thank you Medea and Mouin. Good luck in the future new president.

Mental health is essential. I went through high levels of anxiety and depression for one full year before I finally got help. Overthinking, isolation, fear and the need to control everything (while everything was literally falling apart around me) made me feel like utter shit. Sometimes you need to take 10 steps back, seek help before you can get back on your feet. I have no idea why this subject is still considered taboo in 2022.
