Chris responsible for developing and implementing the best practice strategies to reduce injury risk and enhance readiness, performance and recovery for the Wildcats’ football team. Some call it fluid periodization, Chris calls it, well… fluid periodization too, but he emphasizes the importance of recognizing an athlete’s genetic strengths and limitations and using them to accelerate training adaptations. That knowledge literally creates power.
Chris will provide an incredible insight on what is being done to challenge some of the old school training norms. Guess what… based off his research we can SHOW athletes and coaches that more is not always better and hard work doesn’t always equate to winning.
