Thanks a lot for this insight useful information ❤. this is what I call a beautiful podcast for its content & target.Iam soe who not by choice had both parents having mental health.I had a lots & a lots of suffering & struggles alone with no support & got so many learning on the way.luckily for me I was v positive naturally it did helped me a lot but the burden was heavy I guess till I crash.Iam really sorry to say that despite my various attempts to seek hel, the help didn't yet come to me,professionals plays a hell of a part in any patients life if he got lucky to find a proper one,I understand v well that the dilemna is mine alone but I would never reach the state Iam inn now if professionals taught to be humans to be compassionate so they can trully help...Iam not against professionals & I never been but my life journeys have revealed to me the dark side of sad truth that we all can improve & learn from
