calling him a predator is a little exaggerated and could be considered defamation. he never ever met this so called 17 year old. I hope he sues everyone who's been adding fuel to this.

The whole point of his messages were to try and meet the 17 year old, and just because he didn't meet the 17 year old doesn't mean he didn't attempt to. Also, a, at the time 38-year-old, Doc sending s*xually illicit messages to a minor and attempting to meet them in person and calling him a "predator" is not defamation. When he admitted to doing something like that to a minor, that grounds to call him a "predator".

@@SenCodi so it has been proven now that it was a twitch employee that catfish doc on the whisper app that was 18+ at the time in 2017. It wasn't even a real person. Doc did not engage in "Sexting" no pictures or lewd messages were sent. Was it morally wrong to entertain it when he has a wife and kids, absolutely 100%. Twitch was held liable and doc won in court and they agreed on NDA's because it looked bad on both ends. As far as age gap goes, unfortunately it is completely normal for older guys to want younger girls, and younger girls want older guys. But it wasn't even a real person. Doc was even investigated by the exploited and missing children organization and found no wrong doings. Morally wrong to entertain it, yes. Criminal conduct of exploiting a minor. No. Doc could easily come after this channel for defamation as he was already proven innocent.
