Dr Dmitri Brain Training with Interval Tapping Sounds for Study - ASMR Role Play. In this video we look into tapping and vibration sounds from a tibetan singing bowl to help you relax during study. The idea is helping you relax during demanding study periods to allow you to focus and learn more in a short period of time.
Dr Dmitri is a fictional character that i use in my video's. This does not take anything away from the video, my intentions are to relax you and i focus on helping you in many ways:
Relaxation
Sleep
Stress relief
Insomnia relief
Anxiety relief
And if you can experience ASMR it just feel so good and relaxing
Dr Dmitri Role Play Character uses gunner glasses and a unique shirt that makes crinkle sounds, the shirt was not picked for the sound only the look, the crinkle sounds the shirt makes is a bonus. So the shirt is used now only for these video's

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.
Triggers:
Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage **
Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR **
Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR **
Listening to someones voice & the way the talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
Hand Movements
Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

@erwark

If he did, I would plead for it to be a silent intro, like a splashscreen. Intro sounds to ASMR videos are jarring and get repetitive, ruining it for me, so I can imagine others are in the same boat. I personally like the way he jumps straight in. If it was anything else, I'd say you're right about the intro, but not ASMR.
