Very informative. His patients are darn lucky to happen to have him in the hospital.

Thank you so much for this interview! He gave me so much practical advice on how to work in the “traditional “ setting in a hospital. How lucky those patients are to encounter him. We can plant a seed for these patients to explore upon discharge.

This was a really good one! I loved hearing about the dramatic and rapid improvements of very ill people. I don’t know how we’re going to do it... but we have to get this world off of carbohydrates! 👍👍

I experience the same pain, I'm in Portugal, I start keto on the 1-april-2018, since that date I cure my back pain. In the first week i felt so good. My keto is almost carnivore, I eat some vegetables but I didn't make the vegetables the objective. My objective is meat nose to tail. In Portugal we have a rich tradition on eat nose to tail. I'm 46. The same I did't lose weight by exercise. I exercise a lot but i only started exercising on July of 2018.

Yes, I tell everyone about how great I feel on Carnivore/Keto! Or I suggest it to everyone with chronic pain/depression/anxiety. Most people think I’m nuts! At least I planted a seed...
