@@easyabc1404 That pedal isn't where that sound comes from. His pedal is a looper/sampler. It just lets him record a sample and then repeat it indefinitely. Any looper pedal will do that. His specific sound comes from his strings, his bass, and his amp. But even that isn't totally necessary. You could get that sound from a wide range of basses and amps, as long as they're not shit :) What kind of bass and amplifier do you have? Feel free to ask any other questions you might have.

@@virtualplaya07 I was about to recommend Charles too. For me, he is, from all I know, the absolutely best technical bass player I've ever seen. Doesn't mean that he's the best bassist, cause I believe that there's no existent criteria to base an argument that says someone is THE best bassist. But..... I personally consider the creations, the music they made, the best way to judge a bass player ,as an artist, but as a musician, an instrumentalist, I believe is how many different styles he can play, how many difficult things he can play and make it sound good, and Charles fits in that category for me. But this is all my humble opinion... well, bye folks

I love tool, but can't stand when people compare music to them just because it has a middle eastern sound. Tool is great but stop making them the benchmark. This guys music is unique and sounds nothing like tool.
