I’m 20 years old and picked up the the drums last year, recently the bass as well. I for sure appreciate this stuff but a lot of people I know my age are not into this stuff and it’s sad. But hey I’m starting a band from my garage with some guitar players I met at the music store who are even younger than me, it’s awesome. Some of my co workers play instruments too which made me so happy, gotta spread the love through music

I'm 56. My son is 19, he plays drums, I play guitar and bass, and sing. We jam classic rock and funk all the time. I'm so glad my son loves funk. I'm doing my best to do my part as far as guiding the younger ones to just play instruments instead of playing with fake stuff.
