Dr. Thompson plays just like the organist used to at my grandmother’s church growing up, I mean note for note and phrase for phrase. He ‘graduated’ last year and I miss hearing him. He’s a big part of why I play the organ today. Hearing her takes me right back home one more time. God bless your anointed hands and your ministry. You touch lives in ways you just don’t know!

She is so smooth on that organ and she changes her setting with such grace and they melt right in place. She's in a class of her own, can't touch her. I love hearing her play I don't care who post it if I see Dr. Gloria Thompson I'm stopping to listen.

I wish that as a community of faith, we would go back to when we had devotion and worship instead of everything being contemporary.

judson clark I SO agree with you. So many people are hungry for real Gospel music but only hear contemporary. I like new music too. But, there is a real place for traditional hymns when the Holy Spirit is dealing with people some of those hymns are powerful.
