Sure they are, some people die in accidents due to wearing seatbelts. Some people chose not to wear them. Over time the data has shown that wearing a seatbelt reduces risk of serious injury and death (when in an accident) but doesn’t 100% avoid it. The Constitution does say that the government can take whatever actions deemed necessary to protect the health and welfare of the citizens, so the government CAN mandate vaccines....but there is nothing that states you can choose to take it or not. If the government mandates it for everyone, except those that cannot take it due to medical issues, then good luck trying to not take it.

When people disagree nationally the decision goes to the state. when people disagree in the state, the decision is left to local ordinance of the town. If the people in your community disagree with you then you are Simply out of luck. My friend was paralysed for 10 days when she took that experimental shot. I know 9 people that took the shot. Only 3 had no serious side effects. There was even a death. They are able to find out data and health risks much quicker than that through blood draws, ekg's, urine samples ect. It doesn't take 3 years to show up.
