I already done prp injection 1 year ago. Iam suffering from knee pain at age of 28 .now iam 30. Please it's worthless .don't go.take glucosamine ,calcium ,vitamin D supplements .expose to sun for half an hr at mrng .eat millets instead of white rice .take til laddu, sabja water, chana, all pulses ,ragi, lot of fruits & veggies 👍.drink lot of water ,omega 3 supplements also .walnuts , flaxseed powder, sunflower seeds etc in your diet .after 6 months by doing continuosly like this ,u can see some change. Iam doing this six months , inflammation reduced so much & somewhat easy to climb steps but yet more years to recover completely if you follow this. Knees don't destruct further & results will be slow & steady but fruit ful .also maintain healthy weight ,take c vitamin fruits , pomegranate and K2 vitamin rich foods .that's what I know 😊

I personally suggest never go for surgery . We have undergone knee replacement surgery for my grandmother it was disaster still i remember kind of pain she has faced. Literally 6 months she faced lot of problems. I urge people don't believe ortho surgeries. Always look for alternate medicine. For my uncle Plasma treatment(PRP) helped it is been 3 years now. He is in grade2 arthritis. Doing good. Why alone Dr. Garuva Reddy is concerned about it? I am wondered bcas its definitely effecting he is business.
