Sorry for your loss, I’m praying for you 🙏🏾 I haven’t lost my moma but I have loss my sister 3 years ago and now my son was just murdered 3 months ago and it hurts so badly. We all were so close I have my 2 step daughters and now my 2 own daughters left My step kids brother by their mom got killed and now their only other brother my biological son just got killed also. Heavenly, don't tell ppl if they can't afford a 15 year fixed mortgage...they can't afford a house. A 30 year mortgage is just fine. The average home owner only stays in their home for 7 years and will pay it off when they sell. A 30 year fixed mortgage will help their payments stay affordable and keep more money in their pocket for their life. Everyone is not rich
