Have you ever come across - Wanogan Teyarter Cure - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? While i did for the first time i had a stabbing pain in my heart it stopped as I finished the session, i im doing it everyday because I realised that my inner child is very much hearted, and I unfortunately know why... and i am deeply very sorry for causing my own self so much pain over 40 years, i wish i would have come to Ho’oponopono much sooner ; but better now than never Im am very thankful to Dr Len for such a opportunity and blessing

I just came across this online...and WOW...I went through the process with Dr. Hew and the back pain/restriction I was enduing that had occurred earlier this morning after bending over and coming back up a caused a "catch" that made movement very difficult was cleared! I have respect for Hawaiian spirituality and will endeavor to make this a practice.

Este vídeo repete várias vezes a conversa que podemos ter com nossa criança interior, pedimos licença pra por a mão na cabeça da criança, falamos do nosso amor por ela, nos desculpamos dos mais tratos por tanto tempo, por manipulá-la, a agradecemos por fazer parte de nós, prometemos cuidar dela daqui pra frente, pedimos finalmente que ela nos ajude a limpar do nosso inconsciente os pensamentos acumulados, dos quais não temos conhecimento, mas ela, a criança, tem, que produzem problemas como.... dores físicas, problemas em relacionamentos, enfim, problemas em geral... depois agradecemos, falamos de nosso amor por ela, que não a abandonaremos daqui pra frente. Ele chama esta criança de 'divindade', e a oração, basicamente, é pedir essa divindade que nos ajude a limpar de nosso inconsciente as lembranças/ sentimentos/ estórias lá acumuladas que vivem repetindo problemas em nossa vida. Deve-se falar com muito carinho com essa criança, sempre pedir licença pra falar com ela ou tocá-la. Espero que ajude!
