No carpet. For sure. Lots of white. How is the insurance hearing lot of places are struggling to find insurance. Conventional. Want a very small loan because of taxes and insurance wrapped up. Flood I insurance. WhT about sink holes? Is there info on that.

Agree, not interested in homes with septic tanks & water wells. Any homes for sale in this area of Ocala connected to city sewer & water utilities? How’s the homeowners insurance situation? What about flood insurance?

I asked the same questions I keep asking the same questions what about home owners insurance, and flood insurance, the cost etc. It's a big deal, I used to live in Florida but I can't move back until this situation is resolved As far as I know no one's working on it

There is another builder that has a 4BR house with a very, very similar floor plan that has an option to add a 3rd bathroom which extends the house out a bit. DR Horton doesn’t give you that option. I wish they did.

OCALA is how one pronounces "heaven". You, Marye Caldera and Gabriela Soto really crank out top grade presentations of the best that Ocala and surrouds have to offer. You resentations are always at the peak of quality. Dig the jacket... very snazzy but fully business like. Cabinets and drawers need pulls, knobs, handles. What's the cost to screen in and add a fan to dhe lanai? I do love your detailing of the details of financing.

Correct. But I believe DR Horton had an option to remove the closer in the master and put in a Tub. So you can have a tub and shower.
