Drawing from her 30-year career, Jane collaborates with like-minded businesses to foster innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration, focusing on people-centered approaches that enhance the lives of individuals and communities. With 15 years of experience as a 'Pracademic,' Jane has co-designed and delivered interdisciplinary teaching and research projects to support the development of the next generation of talent. Her extensive experience across various industries and sectors has provided valuable insights into diverse social, political, and operational contexts. Jane’s unique blend of academic, design, and business consulting, along with coaching and leadership skills, enables her new consultancy, CoolBus Creative to help individuals and teams develop innovative solutions to their challenges.
