I have scoliosis in my upper back and my right shoulder blade that sticks out predominantly. I feel like I want to stretch my spine or apply lots of pressure to push the right shoulder blade back in to feel satisfied. I also have very flat feet, but I still have my agility. Any suggestions for corrections? Or anything I can do on my own?

Have you tried Yoga ? The stretches help to open space in between the vertebrae. Is a long term fix but make sure you explain this to the instructor, i'm sure they will provide accurate advice ;)
