We pass judgement upon someone by taking in their actions and its effects. In order to pass judgement upon someone there needs to be a victim, so if you are put into a situation where you see someone cruely murdering another person, will you just watch them die so that you can pass judgement upon the murderer and later kill him? Wouldn't you rather save the life from being murdered? Some revenge has no point while some revenge is done for the justice. In order to accomplish anything sacrifices must be made. A persons darkness of the soul has many forms, fear of death.....or craving for life..... the laws merely pass judgement upon them while they reveal it. Everyone lives with the sins they've committed. Everyone bears some hatred. How is inflaming that judgement? For those who've never lived through harshness. They don't understand the least bit of grief. Its not just grief. There are as many emotions as there are people. The fragility of someone who lets their anger get the best of them..... The strength to be able to overcome fear because of the heart....It is impossible to comprehend anything about them. So how can we pass judgement upon them? All we are doing is dredging up the darkness within people. And saying "Ah yes indeed" while we watch on impassively. Is that what we call taking them in? We are just putting on an act, aren't we? This definitely isn't right. This isn't proper judgement at all. There's no way you can characterize a person. Anyone can turn out to be positively brutal. For some that crossing point might be closer than others and we believe they are murderers. Thats wishful thinking though. If you can't protect someone yourself, all you can do is kill the other guy. Its only obvious that the world is a cruel place. If you can't change the world then you have to change yourself. Or are we the supposed do just watch while everything falls apart? People aren't as complex as you think they are. They're simple, and they get sad or angry over simple things. thats how they are. They're quickly affected by the littlest of things, and live without knowing where they're going to fall down. Thats who people are. Unless the entire system goes spiritual from material. There is no hope. A persons is not limited to actions alone. They are a sum of circumstances, characteristics intentions and awareness. You can never bring any proper law if its not founded under spirituality. Any other way is just beating around the bushes
