Dr. Jim this was a great presentation!...again! you are somehow able to synthesize these thorough talks and make them very clinically relevant. Salamat! Yes Kerith, the axillary/inferior angling of the probe and consideration given to the Inf. glenohumeral ligaments was enlightening for me. I hope to see this again with you Dr. Jim!

Excellent as always. I've been using ultrasound for nearly 3 years to evaluate shoulder pain and guide injections for patients that I see in the emergency department. Thanks for tackling such a difficult area. I read an article on axillary sonography by Bianchi last year and it was beyond my comprehension. Around the 42 minute mark you have photos with the probe and patient positioning which are extremely helpful. Do you think you could revisit this in the future with a demonstration on a live model the way Dr. Monaco did? Also it would be helpful to provide a more detailed label of the muscles seen. At least now, thanks to you, I can orient myself in this approach. I'll include axillary sonography in my evaluation from now on.

Yes, don’t worry will do a live and dynamic scanning next time on the axilla. It’s an amazing area to scan. Take care and God bless
