Ultrasound Inf Glenohumeral Lig in Adhesive Capsulitis of the Shoulder

PPT includes live recording to demonstrate the technique for the axillary capsule measurement for assessment of frozen shoulder. Other case examples (cine loops) of the posterior glenoid demonstrate normal and abnormal capsular sliding over the posterior labrum. Denervation examples and the ‘ski goggle’ view as I like to call it (posterior cuff muscle bellies). Always interpret these comments in light of the most up to date literature. This was presented based on 2019 literature and my own in house research pilot study.

did not know I can assess the capsule looking at the posterior GHJ, I will start doing it now with ext and int rotation

Are you able to see the lat tendon and pec tendon on ultrasound?

Yes but they are very thin
