Interesting that Jelena mentioned TLR4 (~ 11 minutes) I recall that Irina Conboy's 2022 paper on effects of diluting old blood plasma noted that normalization of TLR4 seemed to be a key nodal point in the rejuvenation effects they observed. The plasma dilution experiments also reduced inflammatory markers which seem to be a key impact of any good health intervention. Would be nice to know if plasma dilution, which can be done by simply donating plasma at your local blood bank, has a positive effect on the microbiota.
