Thanks Jason. I've been aware of Dr. Cook for a few months. Thanks Dr Cook. You're amazing. I believe that I have jumper's knee. At first, I blamed it on tree climbing arborist work. I was out of shape. However, I now think the overload came when I was trying to get the wrinkles out of an area rug, by jumping forward to stretch the rug. I'm 56 years old. I've been trying isometric loading with leg extensions. 5 sets @45 seconds, using a stop watch. The problem is that I have to drive a semi and climb in and out of it several times a day. Plus it's hard to keep my left leg extended, while driving. Thank goodness it's an automatic. I'm am self treating because Dr Cook is in the land down under, and I am in Cincinnati, Ohio. I also have been following "the knees over toes guy".
