This video presents Dr. Kazuya Saito's talk, "What characterises 'talent' for second language speech learning?: Roles of cognitive individual differences" at the 1st symposium at Tohoku University (April 2019). The theme was to interface two different perspectives, education and neuroscience, on a big question, what characterises successful L2 learning?
