Marami pang mga antique na gamit, sana mairestore ang bahay para mapakinabangan at mapreserve kasi malapit na din bibigay ang bahay. I-apply sana sa local government para sila na ang mangangalaga.

Hinanap ko sa wikipedia yung Grotrian-Steinweg pianos. A German manufacturer. The production was at its peak in the 1920s but it stopped producing them in the 30s onwards but opened again in 1950. Sana ma rehab yung house and they can sell those antiques /

This house is a treasure trove of heirloom antiques but the present occupant doesn't have any knowledge of it value I think the local goverment shpuld help in the restoration of this ancestral houses to preserve it's historical significant in this provincial town

Napaisip tuloy ako, na dapat ko alagaan yong ancestral house ng great grandfather ko, which is my mother inherit now... It's also built around 1900's. I notice that people before are particular to beautify there house like they spend their time, effort and money in to it. Very detailed in terms of wood carvings and a good quality of workmanship of furniture's that's why it will last for decades. Naka depende na lang talaga sa mga heirs kung paano ito alagaan at pahalagahan.

Sorry to say cguro kung naka ayos ang bhay mas llitaw ang mga lumang gamet specially tres lunas tukador unique design pero pancn ko lang bakit parang walang dumadaan vehicle very few even people not unlike taal cavite bulacan dami vehicle dami rin tao pwede gawan movie old stories like pulang araw of gma 1 location lang pero very nice that place simple life and peaceful thank you mr fern

I met a man named Samuel Gemino Guzman on board a ship from Cebu to Manila in 1980. I lost contact with him and until now I remembered he came from Misamis Occidental. Is he related to the owner of this old house?

I wish I can contact the caretaker through you Sir, to be able for me to find out what exactly happened to Samuel Gemino Guzman, an Electrical Engineer whom I met many years ago and have lost contact after he left to work in Saudi Arabia. He told me that he’s got a brother in Quezon City ( a policeman) and a sister who lives in Cebu City. Again, thank you so much for your time and I do hope you’ll be able to help me with this search!

Mas maganda sana kung maayos ang bahay, para nakikita ang kalumaan ng mga original na gamit nung unang panahon. Ngayon parang puro kalat at tambak lang. Hindi mo maappreciate ang kagandahan ng bahay na naluma ng maraming taon, maraming dekada nagdaan.
