apple cider vinager ,two tablespoons in six ounces of water. The itch is gone the warmth from the veins is gone. in only two weeks,,they have diminished in size. the ones on my ankles , almost gone ! you need the organic raw " the mother" vinager. Bragg's is a good brand

Hi Maria and thank you for the tip. I'm a guy and have noticed some spider veins on my inner ankles that I would like to get rid off. Does the vinegar need to be diluted with water? How often would I apply it for? And for long long each session? I would appreciate more info on this. I guess most guys wouldn't care but I just think it looks bad and would like to get rid of them. Thanks!

I had a cluster of spider n the big ones. as everyone used to say what happened to u? it looked like I got beat with a bat it was so bad. and the charlie horses were so bad . I tried to massage my leg once n it felt like a rock it was scary. it didn't really help with my spider veins on my ankles . idk if it's because they do alot of work through out the day....I did notice that my feet were smelling like vinegar when they would sweat.does sound like a good idea to do the outside I'm gonna try that maybe a 1/2 n 1/2 mix with distilled water ,one of the socks that didn't disappear n wet the sock n wrap my ankle with it. wonderful idea !!! I would think maybe twice a day to start would b good then once a day at night. I'm willing to try it. are you? if so game on. lol check back with each other in two weeks?

Just wonderful, I have been researching "how are spider veins treated" for a while now, and I think this has helped.
