Man did an awesome job covering that crazy solo... And bro's got an awesome bass... I've been thinking of covering this for a while but could never outdo this! But that iconic moment where the bass drum just goes "bum-bum" is just how I always imagined it! Awesome job dudes...!!! Edit: second listening...only now noticed how the synth goes "din dun din dun" two more times during the solo. What a subtle, nice touch. Masterful.

Well when I played the game as a kid I'd tell the "fever" theme to be 8beat pop, but I didn't realize the "chill" theme to be funk. This sounds like american south funk basses.
