Thing i hate about level 20 is it's essentially impossible unless you get a good virus layout and a favorable color sequence. You can't afford to put a wrong color on any of the viruses that are in row 4 from the top because you don't have the room to clear them without topping out.

curtsher11 not true. You can still horizontal kill and clear the obstruction. It’s quite hard though

@zzyzx0788 Tool assisted, no. He made some quite common mistakes that probably everybody makes. Incorrectly placed/flipped blocks, etc. I have a hard time with Level 20, but my mom can go quite a ways past 20...I think she's gotten to 30 before if I remember right.

Man, the similarities between Dr. Mario and Mother are scary, I swear that the ship noise during the end scene here is nearly identical to the noise that plays during the walk to and the final boss in Mother (Earthbound Beginnings) and the song that plays during the end scene is also kinda similar to Mother Earth, the title screen.

It's not that to be difficult to be honest..I cleared it when I was like 7 year old back in the 2000s. Try playing Little Nina brothers... During my childhood that was one of the hardest nes game I've beaten at the age of around 10. That game was damn tedious!!
