Dr. Mark Chien-Chin Chen: Liquid Based Cytology in Salivary Gland Neoplasms (2024)

Dr. Mark is currently a surgical pathologist/cytopathologist at Ditmanson Medical Foundation, Chiayi Christian Hospital and serves as the President of the Taiwan Society of Clinical Cytology.
He completed his medical college (1999-2006) and residency program in anatomical pathology (2006-2010) in Taiwan and started independent practice as a full-time faculty in 2010. His major interests and expertise lie within the general field of Cytopathology and research of cancer immunology. He authorizes more than 120 papers in peer-reviewed journals and a few book chapters with a H-index of 21. He is on the editorial boards of most cytology journals, including Cancer Cytopathology, Diagnostic Cytopathology, and Cytopathology, with more than 130 primary peer reviews. In cytology, he aims to improve clinical routine application and promote international collaborative works.
