Dr. Mark Horowitz speaks with Mark Henick on MODERN MINDS

In this edition of MMRewind, Mark speaks with Dr. Mark Horowitz about deprescribing in psychiatry. Mark is a training psychiatrist and Clinical Research Fellow in Psychiatry North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) and an Honorary Clinical Research Fellow at UCL.
Mark obtained a PhD in the neurobiology of depression and the action of antidepressants from King’s College London. With Joanna Moncrieff and others, he was a co-author on an influential recent paper titled: "The serotonin theory of depression: a systematic umbrella review of the evidence". Mark also recently published The Maudsley Deprescribing Guidelines, co-authored with David Taylor.
