As a casual observer, Iam not sure at what point the shoulder was relocated. I hope it was early on and the young woman wasn't in pain throughout the entire video.

This lady’s elbows hyperextend, I would brace the elbow with my hand when moving them fully extended so you don’t dislocate them as well lol
