Most probably Shoaib Akhtar is on the show at the behest of Dr. Nouman, in the 1st place. Shoaib himself, incited Dr. Nouman by trying to humiliate him over the reverse-swing intricacies. Dr. Nouman only reacted. Shoaib is a compulsive talker & has a compelling urge to express & impose his "opinions", despite of the fact that it was a time-constrained show with a large panel of legends of the game who must have wanted to share their opinions, too.
