What would make us live longer is to let go of all the toxins that are in our food and everything else we get in us, and all the stress that has increased in our society.

@@TheCrossEyedGaming science is what's killing us, all the modifying they do to our food and all the lying the FDA does about what's in our food, the vitamins and meds that are full of poisons y'all get from the pharmacy. Earth provided us with everything to feed and heal you.

@@donnabennett9528 To a point, yes, but what I was referring to was how far science has come with information. For instance, we now know that smoking isn't good for you...because of science. We know how to live longer...because of science. People are living longer than ever before...because of science. Life spans have gone way up...because of science. The life expectancy for a white male in 1900 was about 47 years old, now it's up to about 78...because of science, not the neglect of science.

@@sendawihajji6911 Cut out sugar as best as you can do it, and exercise well regularly. Which means make it a point to exercise 5 to 7 days a week. Aerobic type exercise like walking, running, swimming, etc, and strength training like push ups, crunches, weights, etc. Do it intensely at times in a 30 to 60 minute work out 5 or 6 or 7 days each week. To give yourself the best chance of living longer, healthier, happier - as Jack Lalanne suggested, 1. EXERCISE REALLY WELL, REGULARLY. 2. Eat natural foods like fruits, vegetables, meats, fowl, fish, seafood, grains, oatmeal, eggs, healthy seasonings, go light on butter and oil, eat vitamins and healthy supplements, cut out sugar as much as possible. as an adult drink water and fruit and vegetable juices only, BUT most importantly exercise regularly.throughout life. Exercise well as best as you can most everyday. Exercise is the key to looking younger and feeling better, being healthier in life. Face and body look younger, better. Lalanne is right. You can do it!

Milk??
@nycinstyle
@nycinstyle 3 жыл бұрын
@@jazkim8599 Maybe kids, yeah, can drink milk. Yet, after you are grown, you do not need to drink milk. I heard Lalanne talking about it. He said baby calves drink milk, not adult humans. Most important thing is exercise regularly and maintain a healthy body eating healthy foods and drinks. He never even cheated on what he ate and drank, apparently. He said he did not want the taste of sugar in his mouth, anymore, ever. He would spit it out if something sweet ever enters his mouth. He was fanatical about it, but said to just exercise regularly and eat and drink healthy. We can see his recommendations fo things to eat and drink online. He spoke out against man made and altered foods. He did not like or eat processed foods, at all. He ate a lot of raw vegetables and raw fruits, fish, meat sometimes, healthy grains, etc. Whole foods in their natural state. Not processed with chemicals and preservatives.
@nycinstyle
@nycinstyle 3 жыл бұрын
@@jazkim8599 If everybody could get themselves to do this, eat healthy and exercise regularly, I am sure Lalanne is right. The whole world, all the billions of people, would overall be much better, because people will be happier, healthier, while looking and feeling good in their lives. Eating desserts, etc, getting out of shape, and sitting around doing no exercise is nice for the time you eat, but it can really, really harm the rest of your life. Not worth it. Of course, Lalanne is right. It sucks being overweight and out of shape compared to being at a healthy weight in good shape. The whole world knows this, too. The power of eating on helping satisfy yourself in life, especially eating sugar and sweet foods and drinks, is overwhelming. Very sad. Wish we could all fight it. No excuses. Eat and drink healthy and exercise regularly. Teachers in schools, parents at home, presidents and politicians should be pushing for this. Billions of dollars will be saved in health care costs and people will also be way healthier and YES way happier.

Caffeine in tea and coffee deplete vitamin A. That is not worth the benefits in my opinion. It reminds me when Dr, recommended smoking cigarettes back in the 60's as healthy. Other foods have the benefits of antioxidants with out depleting the body or making a person edgy . Also there was a study done in California that found that people who do not consume Coffee, caffeinated tea or alcohol lived 6 to 7 years longer compared to those who do consume those beverages.

appreciate Dr. Memidaz's advice and highlight the benefits of consuming black tea or coffee due to their antioxidant properties. The mention of caffeine's positive effects and the recommendation to consume two to three cups a day is noted. Additionally, they emphasize the importance of using cinnamon instead of sugar, particularly for individuals with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes, as it can help regulate blood sugar levels and improve insulin efficiency.

These secrets are amazing because it shows different food that one should consider to live long and healthy. A proper balanced and healthy diet is one of the keys to living longer as it is one of the sources we get our energy every single day. A healthy diet doesn't mean its the perfect one for you as the perfect diet for you is the one that is a diet exactly for you because every single one of us have different nutritional needs. Creating your own perfect diet may seem like a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be cause there are people who can do it for you, just like Reviving Mind's health and wellness coaches who help people our age stay happy, healthy and strong.

Life expectancy has jumped, mainly because infant survival rates are much higher than they once were. Poor hygiene and nutrition, less advanced medicine and more communicable diseases meant that newborns in Ancient Greece and Rome had a much lower chance of surviving their first few years. But by combatting age-linked illnesses, we can extend our life and live until a hundred and fifty. I too have spent a lot of time confused with the push back to ending death and extending human life. As more people see it as a true option, I hope they’ll move past the fear of death and see it’s all really quite possible! It’s through Dr. Sinclair's podcasts I learned about Vitruvin Anti-Aging Supplements and ever since I am taking this NMN supplement, it radically changed my life.

work hard, eat well, drink beer, enjoy life, love family, hug everyone ,have another beer, laugh, cry at funerals, and enjoy their life, and also love yourself, because you are not forever. and at the end of the day, have a puff, just a little puff, and wonder where all this time goes.
