Smooth and rounded bumps can be cysts on the top that’s what they mostly are on the top by doc checked me months ago and said it was normal she saw the bumps and felt but did it was normal and I trust here she diagnosed me with pneumonia years ago

not exactly, pregnancy tests pick up a particular marker that testicular cancer can produce, but it’s not the only one. A pregnancy test is not a replacement for a urology visit

I have two super small bumps at the top and they feel spongey they one feels hard but actually just feels spongey I went to the doc 2 months ago and the doctor said it was normal and she felt it and she said it felt normal. From the research I have it’s appendix teste cause they’re small and on the top and cancer happens on the bottom but I have been hit in the balls from baseball so it’s probably because of that and I think I have had this for a long time . And it is not a smooth bump
